A Rick Case Habitat Community – 77 homes

Become part of the largest development in Habitat Broward’s history. This historic 77-home community begins soon, and we need your help to provide homes for 77 deserving families. We are currently focused on infrastructure (water, sewer, roads, electric) and plan to begin vertical construction in the fall of 2018.

Washington Park – Seven (7) homes

Darryl Henderson, veteran and future homeowner, works alongside volunteers.

Washington Park is in the Broward Municipal Services District, an area long overdue for community reinvestment. Habitat Broward is building a total of 12 homes in this district, seven of which are in Washington Park. Seven families are now working on their homes alongside volunteers and staff to have them ready for occupancy in June 2018.

Pompano Beach – Six (6) homes

Colin Brown of sponsor JM Family Enterprises and Delores Marshall, Habitat homeowner and volunteer since 2002.

Six homes are underway in Pompano Beach, not far from other Habitat homes in Collier City. This low-income, underdeveloped neighborhood will be greatly strengthened by our six Habitat families. Completion is planned for June 2018.

Roosevelt Garden – Five (5) homes

We are about to break ground on five homes in this second phase of our work with the Broward Municipal Services District. Families moving into these homes will be strengthened by services including health education, public safety, walking school buses and neighborhood beautification.
